Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Forge Assistants ("Forge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at getforge.ph and the Forge Assistants service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1. About Forge Assistants

Forge Assistants is a virtual assistant service that connects users with AI-powered automation tools. Through our platform, users can delegate tasks such as scheduling, email management, research, and other administrative functions via a chat-based interface (currently Telegram). Forge acts as an intermediary, configuring and maintaining AI agents trained to operate in accordance with each user's preferences and instructions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of the Philippines or a supported jurisdiction to use Forge Assistants. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Services Description

Forge Assistants provides the following:

• Onboarding Brainwriting Session: A configuration process where Forge learns your preferences, workflows, and working style.
• Task Delegation: You may delegate tasks to your Forge agent via Telegram. Forge will execute these tasks within the scope of connected integrations (email, calendar, messaging).
• Integration Access: Forge operates within the permissions you grant via connected platforms (Google Gmail, Google Calendar, Telegram).
• Support: Email and chat support are available during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PHT).

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Forge Assistants, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the brainwriting session and ongoing use.
• Keep your connected accounts (Gmail, Telegram, Google Calendar) active and in good standing.
• Not use Forge to conduct any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Not share your Forge access credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Review and confirm delegated tasks that involve sensitive actions (e.g., sending emails, scheduling events) before execution, where applicable.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscription and Billing

Forge Assistants is offered under the following tiers, matching the current pricing on our website:

• Starter: ₱599/month — for solo professionals getting started with autonomous AI.
• Pro: ₱999/month — for power users running daily professional workflows.
• Advanced: ₱1,499/month — for teams and heavy automation workloads.
• Enterprise: Custom pricing — for organizations with advanced needs.

All fees are billed monthly in advance, unless an annual plan is selected (in which case the full year is billed upfront at the discounted rate displayed at checkout). You authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your designated payment method. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of a paid period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full breakdown.

6. Data and Privacy

Forge Assistants accesses and processes data on your behalf, specifically:

• Email content (Gmail) — to read, draft, and send emails on your behalf.
• Calendar data (Google Calendar) — to schedule, reschedule, and cancel events.
• Messages (Telegram) — to receive task instructions and deliver results.
• Brainwriting preferences — your configuration data, stored securely to personalize your Forge agent's behavior.

We do not sell your personal data. Access to your account data is strictly limited to the purpose of delivering the Forge Assistants service. Our full privacy practices are described in our Privacy Notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Forge Assistants to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or mass communications.
• Access or manipulate data belonging to other users or third parties without authorization.
• Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or illegal.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Forge platform or its underlying AI systems.
• Use the service to impersonate others or create accounts under false pretenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

FORGE ASSISTANTS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Forge Assistants integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Gmail, Calendar), Telegram, and payment processors. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Forge does not control and is not responsible for the practices of any third-party provider. We encourage you to review the terms of any third-party service before connecting your account.

10. Intellectual Property

The Forge Assistants name, logo, website, and proprietary technology are owned by OpenClaw and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Forge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your use of the service poses a security risk to our systems or other users.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• You engage in conduct that brings Forge or OpenClaw into disrepute.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Upon termination, Forge will cease processing your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Forge Assistants after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
