Forge Assistants ("Forge," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and virtual assistant service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

a. Information you provide directly

• Account registration details (name, email address, phone number)
• Brainwriting session data — your preferences, workflows, and instructions you provide during onboarding
• Communications with our support team
• Payment and billing information (processed by third-party payment providers)

b. Information from connected services

With your authorization, Forge accesses data from the following platforms:

• Google Gmail: Email content, sender/recipient data, and attachments necessary to read, draft, or send emails on your behalf.
• Google Calendar: Event details, schedules, and availability to schedule, reschedule, or cancel events as instructed.
• Telegram: Messages sent to your Forge agent, used solely to receive task instructions and deliver results.

c. Technical and usage data

• IP address and device information (browser type, OS) when you visit our website
• Cookies and tracking data for website analytics (anonymized, aggregated only)
• Service logs: timestamps, task types, and execution status — used for debugging and service improvement

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Configure and personalize your Forge agent during the brainwriting session
• Execute delegated tasks within the scope of your connected integrations
• Send you service-related notifications (task confirmations, billing alerts)
• Respond to your support requests
• Improve our service quality and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Forge does not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: With vendors who help us operate (hosting, analytics, payment processing) — bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government request, or when necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction — we will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7). Brainwriting session data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After account termination, we delete or anonymize your data within ninety (90) days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
• Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
• Regular security reviews and monitoring
• Secure storage of API credentials and brainwriting configuration data

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses minimal, anonymized cookies for basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some website functionality but will not impact the Forge Assistants service.

7. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Object: Object to the processing of your data for marketing or profiling purposes.
• Data portability: Request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time, where consent was the basis for processing.

8. Children's Privacy

Forge Assistants is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor's data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website and service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google, Telegram). These third parties have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before providing any personal data.

10. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Forge Assistants after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Notice.
