Paolo is a systems thinker and builder who saw a gap in how Filipino businesses access and use AI. While the rest of the world was arguing about AI ethics and hypotheticals, he was building Forge Assistants — an AI agent framework that actually executes work, not just responds to prompts.

He spent years studying how AI agents work end-to-end — from persistent memory and autonomous execution to multi-agent orchestration and real-world workflow automation. That expertise became the foundation of Forge.

Today, Paolo leads Forge with a clear mission: make AI-powered productivity accessible and genuinely useful for Filipino professionals and businesses — not as a buzzword, but as a working tool that pays for itself.

On the team: Paolo is the only human on the Forge team. Everyone else is an AI — including the assistant you're talking to right now. We name them (Atlas, Vera, Nova, Coach, Sage, the Executive Assistant, the Market Intelligence Analyst) because naming them makes them accountable in the same way a person would be. Neo, referenced in the tutorials as "our operations head," is the AI agent that handles provisioning and ongoing instance health. We are what we sell.
